This is a personal portfolio. It has no accounts, cookies, analytics or tracking. The few pieces of personal data it touches are listed below.

Who is responsible
Jorge Peñaranda, a developer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, runs this site and is responsible for the personal data described here.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages as a static site. To serve and protect it, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data about each request, such as your browser and the page you ask for, as described in its privacy policy. Cloudflare Pages sets no cookies for this static site.
The contact form
When you send the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to Formspree, a form service based in the United States that receives them on my behalf and forwards them to me, as described in its privacy policy.
I use them only to reply to you. Nothing is sent until you submit the form.
Preferences kept on your device
The site remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme, and whether interface sounds are on, in your browser's local storage. That information stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
The image on the not-found page
The cat image shown when a page does not exist loads straight from cataas.com. As with any request your browser makes, that service receives your IP address.
No cookies, analytics or tracking
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Your rights
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326) and, if you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access the personal data I hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to its use.
You can also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), Argentina's personal data protection authority.
